No surname ever surfaced for Eleanor Lemmons, wife of George Lemmons. She was listed as his widow as Nelly Lemmons in the Deed Bk. of Belmont, Ohio, Book A, p. 2. dated 27 Oct. 1801. This was "Articles of Agreement" and it named her son in law, David Vulgamont (Wolgamot), who agreed to take care of her as she was the widow of George Lemmons. The doc. named some of the children as they were under age.
