Luzer Horowicz was born in Piotrkow Trybunalski, Poland in 1891 to Yisrael Itzchak and Szejndel Freidel. He was a merchant and married to Reizel nee Beser. Prior to WWII he lived in Czestochowa, Poland. During the war he was in Czestochowa, Poland.
Luzer was murdered in the Shoah (according to this source).
