About Eligio Lagman
Eligio Lagman was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He served as Governor of Pampanga from June 1931 to October 1931, and again from 1942 to 1944. He represented the first district of Pampanga at the House of Representatives of the Philippines from June 5, 1934 to July 16, 1935. He later represented the same area at the National Assembly from September 16, 1935 to December 30, 1941.
