1830 - 6 Jan Elisha and Elijah Bouldin, 200 acres surveyed the 22 November 1823 for Elijah and Elisha Bouldin 200 acres land by virtue of entry bearing date 19 February 1827 No. 2204 on the waters of Collins river adjoining Isaac Hills' land on what is called the Big Sink. Also mentions a Lemuel Pritchett.

First wife- ( I have conflicting reports-Cyrene-York or Kilgore) b-c1816-according to 1850 Dekalb Co, AL census d-probably between 1852 and 1854, since last child Polly was born about 1852 and Elijah married Effie 1854 and all the children are with them.

and also Robert Kilgore, possibly her child by a previous marriage? It occured to me that maybe she was married to a Kilgore first, but her maiden name was actually York. She also had a child- (8)Polly A, shown in 1860 with Elijah and Effie, but they didn't marry until 1854, so she had to be his first wife's. I also have heard of a child, (9)Elizabeth, but have found no record of her.

Elijah, II, Union, and William are buried at Spanish Fort Cemetery in Montague Co, TX. I live just across the Red River from there in OK

As for Elijah's third wife, she was Mariah Adaline Smith. They married 3 Aug 1876 according to AL marriage records. She lived next door to Elijah and Effie at the time of the 1860 census. She was 18 then, so she would have been about 34 when they were married and Elijah was 65. It is rumored that she poisoned and killed Elijah.
