Elimelech Gotlieb

Aliyah was made in 1948 after World War II. During World War II Esther and Elimelech worked in German camps and when the Germans started executing people, they escaped to the woods in Poland with Nadav (their oldest son). His family was quite rich and almost all his family made it out of the war alive along with his parents. In Israel, Elimelech worked for the Israeli railroad company and whilst fixing one of the tracks, was run over and killed by a train.
