Are you included in the length of service for Uppland? 1526-08-10. Witnessed Västerås Riksdag 1527 (Mr.). Received the district court in Skåning's district in Västergötland (GI r.) 1529-10-03, which Torsten Brunsson voluntarily granted to him. In the castle law on Leckö (GI r.) 1534-02-24 and again (GI r.) 1543-07-25, and (GI r.) 1558-09-12. Signed the inheritance association 1544-01-13, King Gustaf I's will 1560-06-30 and the estates' grant in 1561. Sat ting 1564. On 1565-04-00 was told of his salvation, because he did not show up for the muster (GI r .). Still alive in 1568. (Mr.) Married 1st to Elin Lindormsdotter,daughter of Riksdag Lindorm Brunsson (Forstenasläkten, no. 2) and Karin Siggesdotter (Sparre). 2nd with Elin Gustafsdotter in her 1st marriage, who was still alive in 1603 (Vff h. 2-3, p. 124.), daughter of the district chief in Barne district Gustaf Olofsson to Degeberg (Forstenaätten's coat of arms) and Anna Mattsdotter (Katle , No. 70).

  • 1. Eric, Commander at Älvsborg. Died 1592. (Son of Mattias Nilsson Kagg, Tab. 5), to Kjellstorp and Brönas as well as Hålltorp (At (Sch),) dead in Lindärva parish, Skaraborg county. Was King Erik's son-in-law in 1553 (GI r.), received the county chief's letter in Skåning's county in Västergötland (GI r.) 1559-11-10 and the church tithe of Härene priest gäll (GI r.) 11-11-1559. Sealed among the nobility King Gustaf I's will 1560-06-30, and the estates' grant 1561-04-15. Commanding officer at Älvsborg 1563-04-29, which fortress he surrendered to the Danes on 1563-09-04 after only 13 days of siege, and was therefore sentenced to life by King Erik's committee on 1564-01-06 but pardoned. Was King Johan III's chamberlain in 1573. Died 1592-07-29 and buried in Härene church, Skaraborg county. Married to Beata Andersdotter, daughter of Riksdag Anders Hansson (Ekeblad ) and Agneta Nilsdotter (crescent) of the Stola family.

In 1594 Duke Carls of Södermanland was chamberlain. Signed the decision of the Söderköping Riksdag (Hra.) 1596-01-20. Died 1601-07-29 and buried in Örslösa church, where his tombstone is found. (CJ Ljungström, Kinnefjärdings and Kållande härader etc. (1871).) 'He committed murder in 1578, for which, according to King Johan III's letter of 16 March 1579, he was imprisoned, but was then released'. Married 1586-11-06 at Svanseryd to Brita Hård to Svanseryd, born 1563-09-00, died 1630-04-16 at Kjellstorp, daughter of colonel Lars Pedersson Hård (of Segerstad), and Brita Ribbing .
