B-1-89 - On the petition of Elizabeth Hill adm of the Estate of James Hill dec, and mother of William Hill aged nine years old, Atkinson aged seven years, Thomas Hill aged 5 yrs old and Sarah Hill aged four years old and James Hill aged one year and five months the ages of the sons & daughters of James Hill deceased setting forth that the petitioner is desirous that guardians be approved over the persons & properties of the said minors. Whereupon the court appoints John Greg of Pike Run township and John Hill of Bethlehem township as the guardians of the persons & properties of said minors until they arrive to the age of fourteen years.
