Elisabeth Plowden

Sources disagree about her place in the Plowden family. Cedwyn MS 1633 gives her father's name as Humphrey (who would be an undocumented collateral member of the family); Vis. Shropshire 1623 gives her name as Isabel (which was interchangeable with Elizabeth at that time) and her father's name as Edward. (If that was Edward the brick-thrower of 1462, he must have got off with no worse than a heavy fine for misconduct.)
