After her husband's accidental death she sold the business and brought everyone to the USA. Apparently the older sons went ahead as her immigration record over in sources shows just Magda, Alfred and a Carl H who was 22 (not none of her children?)
Of the 7 children that came to the US in 1902/1903. four of them settled in Milwaukee and three settled in Washington.
