Eliza M. Hales
Provo - Mrs. Eliza McKinney Hales, 82, died Tuesday of heart trouble at her home, 255 West 2nd South Street. She had been ill for the past year.
Mrs. Hales was born Aug. 22, 1863 in Fairfield, a daughter of Jacob Lehman and Christine Mineer Kinney, and received her education in the Fairfield and Cedar Fort schools. On Dec. 9, 1887, she was married to Charles Henry Hales at Cedar Fort.
Mr. and Mrs. Hales moved to Provo from Magna in 1916 and Mrs. Hales had made her home in Provo since that time. He died Oct. 18, 1937. At the time of her death, Mrs. Hales was a member of the Grand View LDS ward.

Provo - Funeral services for Eliza McKinney Hales, 82, who died Tuesday at her home, 255 West 2nd South Street, of hear trouble, will be conducted Friday at 1:30 p.m. in the Grand View LDS ward chapel.
