Eliza Jackson was born on September 23, 1817 in Linn County, Missouri, United States. Her parents were Benjamin Franklin Corwin, I and Mary Margaret Corwin.

Eliza married Reverend Chalon Colfax Jackson on September 23, 1843 in OHIO. Together they had the following children: Abigail Case Kaylor; Mary Isabelle Jackson; William Henry Jackson; Harriet Amanda Lane; Minerva Jackson.

She died on June 1, 1853 in Knox County, Ohio, United States and was buried after June 1, 1853 there.
