Then it's listed as "N" on document in the Office of the City Clerk, Bangor, listing her date of death. And, for some reason, her middle name was passed down orally as "Ann." Lastly, it shows up as "A" on her daughter Mary's marriage certificate. Since "M" and "N" sound like "Ann" when spoken, and because the initial "A" shows up once, it's likely that her middle name is Ann.
