Reynold8 de Pekham, son of James7 de Peckham & his wife Lora de Morant, of age in 1400; d. 1407; Will at Lambeth; bur. at Wrotham. Married Alice, dau of ..., widow of William Wykeham.
Children
After William's death, Alice married Reynolde de Peckham of Wrotham in Kent, son of James de Peckham and his wife, Lora Moraunt. [3] The marriage must have taken place around 1400 when James de Peckham died since Reynolde and Alice had at least 4 children before the marriage came to an abrupt end in 1407. [4]
Alice wrote her will on 18 November 1407. Her husband was already dead. In her will she named her underage sons, Reynolde and James, and her unmarried daughters, Elizabeth and Johan. She asked to be buried next to her husband in the churchyard of St George, Wrotham. [4]

Elizabeth de Peckham, whose parentage is unknown at this time, was wife of John Ashburnham, son of Thomas Ashburnham and his wife, Sarah Wauncy, and mother of his son, William.[1]
Research note
No evidence has been found for the assertion that this Elizabeth de Peckham was daughter of one James Reynolds Peckham and his wife, Alice De Wypeham. Two given names were almost unheard of at this time. James Reynolds Peckham was further claimed to have been son of Reginald de Peckham and his wife, Alice de Wykham. It is clear from the will of Alice de Wykham that she and her husband had 2 sons, Reginald and James.[2]
