Elizabeth Mae Bosley

Elizabeth Mae Bosley, 94, of North Lawrence, died Thursday, April 8, 2004, at Shady Lawn Health Care Community, follow ing a lengthy illness.

She was born in North Law rence on July 28, 1909, to the late Maynard and Susan (Susie) Dapp Bosley, had been a lifetime member of the Chapel of the Cross at North Lawrence, and was active in the Women's Missionary Society. She was a member of the Vera Blinn Sunday School Class and also the Baughman Grange. She lived and helped on the family farm until 1985, when she moved to Shady Lawn due to declining health. She enjoyed reading and socializing with the many visitors and residents at Shady Lawn.

She is survived by a sister, Ruth (Harold) Feichter; brother, Ronald M. Bosley Sr., both of North Lawrence; three nephews, and two nieces. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a nephew; infant brother, Stanley; and brother, William (Bill) Bosley of Dalton.

Funeral services Tuesday, 1:30 p.m., at the Chapel of the Cross in North Lawrence, with Rev. Lynda Masters officiating. Interment at Newmans Creek Cemetery following the service. Friends may call Tuesday one hour before the service.
