Elizabeth Brown, wife of William, in 27th year, died April 27, 1725 (Rehoboth, Massachusetts Vital Records, page 804). She died in childbirth, giving birth to her daughter, Rebecca Brown, born April 27, 1725 (Rehoboth, Massachusetts Vital Records, page 556.

The marriage record of William Brown and his first wife, Elizabeth, has not been found. The marriage date presented for them in this memorial (1710) is an estimate based on the date of birth of their first child. William and Elizabeth Brown had the following children, all of whom had their births recorded in the Rehoboth, Massachusetts Vital Records (pages 555-556).

  1. Consider Brown, born September 8, 1711
  2. Amos Brown, born May 28, 1714
  3. Elizabeth Brown, born June 14, 1716
  4. Bethiah Brown, born July 8, 1718
  5. Jerusha Brown, born August 27, 1720
  6. Ezra Brown, born August 18, 1722
  7. Rebeckah [sic] Brown, born April 27, 1725

Notes

Childbirth-related death is likely, as her daughter Rebecca Brown was born the day she died.

Robert Long and Sarah Skiffe had a daughter Elizabeth born 1698ish who married Benjamin Estes on Nantucket Island, as best as I can see. This one was born in Rehoboth instead, and I cannot yet tell to whom.
