Elizabeth CHAPMAN was born c1781 (daughter of Thomas CHAPMAN married Jane ?)
Her father Thomas was a Corporal with the Royal Marines and he arrived in Sydney Cove on 26/1/1788 on "Charlotte". Elizabeth, her mother and her sister accompanied him.
The family left the colony on "Gorgon" on 18/12/1791
