1803-15 DEC (Made of Greene Co Ga) (Date in border) Booth Fitzpatrick of Greene Co in consideration of the sum of $5 paid to me by my children Salley, Elizabeth, Nancy, William and Jamima Fitzpatrick and for the love and affection which I bear to my aforesaid children do convey unto my children the following property which I have this day received from the Estate of their Grandfather William Brown dec'd viz four negroes and two horses, the negroes names are Jinny,Lindy (Cindy?), Paty and Dysy. Should my wife the mother of the aforesaid children have any future legal issue, such issue is to have an equal share and divided remain under the direction of my wife Elizabeth Fitzpatrick, Ezekiel Brown and Reuben Brown. Be it further understood that my daughter Sally McDonald shall have immediate use and benefit of the within mentioned negro DYCY until the division of the property is made, and the remainder of the property to be under my own direction during my natural life as long as I remain with my children.
