Elizabeth Burr was the daughter of Jehu Burr, II. Elizabeth and Samuel renewed their covenant (wedding vows) 16 May 1695. They lived in Fairfield in 1690. In 1696, his father Richard, deeded Samuel real estate in Fairfield, at Pequonnock. It was beside Isaac Wheeler Jr. and Capt. Sherwood. He attended the Congregational Church in Fairfield Parish. Samuel and Elizabeth's children were baptized at Fairfield. Elizabeth Burr (Jehu (2), Jehu (1) was born 1670 at Farifield, Fairfield, Connecticut.. She was the daughter of Jehu Burr and Elizabeth Prudden. Elizabeth died at Fairfield, Fairfield, Connecticut. She married Samuel Hubbell, 19 May 1695 at Fairfield, Fairfield, Connecticut. He was born 1670, Fairfield, Fairfield, Connecticut, the son of Richard Hubbell and Elizabeth Gaylord. Samuel died at Fairfield, Fairfield, Connecticut.

Samuel Hubbell Jr. and Elizabeth Burr were members of the Congregational Church of Fairfield, renewing the Covenant together on May 19, 1695.
