Elizabeth Jennings

Elizabeth Ainsworth was the daughter of Edward Ainsworth "the Immigrant," and wife Joanna Hemmingway. She was born in Roxbury, Suffolk County, Massachusetts on November 11, 1695. She moved as a child to Woodstock, Worcester County, Massachusetts. She married John Jennings of Woodstock on March 16, 1732.

Elizabeth is named as Elizabeth in her father's deed of maintenance, executed in 1725 between Edward Sr and Edward Jr. She was to have received from Edward Jr. 15 pounds after the death of both parents. She is named as Elizabeth Jennings in her father's will, dated 1737, and received a bequest of 10 pounds.
