Elizabeth Kirk

Not the same as Elizabeth Harlan

Roger Kirk and his wife Elizabeth lived in Neshag, in the parish of Skelton, Yorkshire. He was a cooper by trade. Roger died 24 March 1698.[7]

Identity

No birth or marriage record located. No record of maiden name. Elizabeth was probably born in or near Yorkshire.

Parents are believed to be Nathaniel Richards and Mary (Mason) Richards born in Ireland. Nathaniel's father was Edward Richards. Mary's parents were Richard Mason and Abigail. But this identification seems a mixup with the Elizabeth Richards who married Roger Kirk, son of Alphonsus (her grandson).

She is seen as Elizabeth Duck and mixed up with Harlan’s wife as a result, but they were different people, part of the same monthly meetings in Ireland.
