• Son - William and heirs 1/2 Dwelling Plantation.
• Son - James and heirs, other half said Plantation.
• Grandau - Priscilla and Elizabeth Stallings personalty.
• Children - Viz. William, James, Margaret, Sarah and Elizabeth - residue of personal estate.
• Executors - Sons William and James.
• Testators - John Cay, Col. John Mackall, Charles Allen

• Regretfully, I do not believe there to be a descendent of James Mackall, the Pioneer, of Calvert County that could have married Francis Mauldin, II. There is a George Mackall in St. Mary's County who had 4 daughters, none named Elizabeth, whose daughter Rachel we believe married a Benjamin Mauldin of Calvert Co. • Elizabeth Mackall (abt.1665- ) daughter of James Mackall and Mary Grahame, was married to Dr. William Skinner ( -abt.1738) of Calvert County and had children by Dr. Skinner. I do not believe that she had any other husbands. (http://genforum.genealogy.com/mackall/messages/8.html)
• I have informatiom for you on Elizabeth Mackall and Francis Mauldin.They had 8 children: Rebecca, Thomas Richard, Francis, William, Magdaleen "Margaret", James, Sarah and Jeremiah. Parents are Francis Mauldin born 1600 in England/ Wales. Died 1660 in Norfolk County, Va. Married Katherine Suttor 1629 in London, England. They had 1 child: Margaret.nThen he married Grace Bennett they had 2 children Grace and Francis. Elizabeth Mackalls parents are James Mackall born 1630 in Scotland, died in Calvert County, Md.
