Eliza. Norman's Est. Acct.--Examined
Pursuant to an order of the worshipful court of Prince William county dated the 4th day of February 1823, directed to us and which is hereto annexed, we the the undersigned have proceeded to settle the account therein mentioned . We find the amount of Sales to be Four hundred and twenty dollars and twenty five cents, and the disbursements amounting to three hundred eighty four dollars and fourteen cents. On the first we have allowed a commission of 7 1/2 pct. and on the disbursments 2 1/2 this will leave $379.14. We find from vouchers exhibited to our satisfaction that the sum of one hundred and one dollars and thirty seven cents has been paid to sundry persons on various accoutns which deducted from teh principal leaves a balance of Two Hundred and seventy seven dollars and seventy seven cents, which we have apportioned amongst the representatives of the deceased in equal ratio which are nine, to wit. Edward Norman, William Norman, Sarah Norman who intermarried with Robert Hedges, Emily Norman, who Intermarried with Benson Lynn, George Norman who assigned his Interest to Elizabeth Molair), James Norman, Nancy Norman who intermarried with William Lathom and Martha Norman which will give a proportion of thirty dollars eight six cents to each distributee; we also find from vouchers satisfactory to wit that William Norman had been paid fifty seven dollars and eight five cents, which leaves a ballance of $26.98 2/3 due the the Admr. to Sarah Cornwell paid $44.50 which leaves a balnce of $13.62 2/3 due the Admr. Elizabeth Hedges having received no part of the estate, there is due to her from the Admr. $30.86 1/2 to Benson Lynn in right of his wife and as the assignee of Nancy William Lathom there has been paid $90.32 leaving a blance due the admr. of $38.50 cents to Elizabeth Molair who is assinee of Geo. Norman has been paid $70. Leaving a balnce due the admr. of $39.13 1/2 to James Norman has been paid $44.85 leaving a balance due the admr. of $1! 3.99 and to Martha Norman has been paid thirty three dollrs and ten ce nts leaving a balance due the administrator of two dollars and twenty three 2/3 cents.
