Lady Elizabeth Howard was the daughter of Theophilus Howard, 2nd Earl of Suffolk and Lady Elizabeth Home.

She married Algernon Percy, 10th Earl of Northumberland, son of Henry Percy, 9th Earl of Northumberland and Lady Dorothy Devereux, on 1 October 1642.

She died on 11 March 1704/5.

Her married name became Percy.

Lady Elizabeth Percy, nee Howard, Countess of Northumberland, was the daughter of Theophilus Howard, 2nd Earl of Suffolk. She married Algernon, 10th Earl of Northumberland, on 1 October 1642. Algernon died in 1668; Elizabeth outlived him by 37 years, dying in 1705, aged 97. She was buried with her husband and members of his family at St Mary's Church, Petworth, West Sussex.
