Elizabeth Woodworth, (daughter of Benjamin Woodworth and Deborah), was born ca 1682 in Scituate, MA. Elizabeth was baptized in the Second Church of Scituate, on 16 Jul 1682.49 Elizabeth died on 18 Jun 1713 in Little Compton, RI.256

On 18 Dec 1701 Elizabeth married Benjamin Southworth , son of William Southworth (ca 1659-25 Jun 1719) & Rebecca Pabodie (7715) (16 Oct 1660-3 Dec 1702), in Little Compton, RI.256 They were married by Joseph Church, Justice. Born on 18 Apr 1681 in Little Compton, RI.256 Benjamin died in Little Compton, RI, on 26 Apr 1759; he was 78.

Benjamin first married Elizabeth Woodworth, second Alice Church, and third Susanna (Palmer) Blackman, widow of Jonathan Blackman.

Their children include:

• ii. Oliver Southworth (7 Dec 1705-bef 29 May 1759)
