Not the same as Elizabeth Ludlam. No evidence that this Elizabeth is the daughter of Henry Townsend, Jr. and Deborah Townsend, who were from New England.

No evidence of who her parens were at this time.

Biography

Elizabeth, the wife of Edward Etheridge is mentioned in deeds in Norfolk County, but seems to have predeceeded him, as she is not listed in his will.

It is possible she was the sister of Joseph Townsend and daughter of Josiah Townsend.
