“Judith Bland” did not exist. The wife of Henry Randolph was Judith Soane. The wife of Giles Webb was perhaps called Elizabeth.

Giles Webb appears to have married in England before his transport to Virginia. The name of his wife is unknown, but is suggested as Elizabeth Unknown. The birthplaces of their children are undocumented, possibly one or more in England.

Webb arrived in Virginia Colony unaccompanied by a wife so it is possible she died in England. The late marriage dates of the three younger sons of Giles indicates he may have married a second time in Virginia. He is believed to have had four sons:

1. James Webb, b, perhaps in Gloucestershire, England, where he married and had at least two children. Records indicate he died at Chuckatuck before 17 February 1675.
2. John Webb, b c 1645, md 1672, Mary Sanford, Nansemond County, Virginia
3. Isaac Webb, b v 1650, md 1678, Mary Bidwell [?], Nansemond County, Virginia
4. Giles Webb, son of Giles of Chuckatuck, b c 1655, was married to Margaret ____, who was Executrix of his will - 3 August 1692 in Richmond County.[9] [10]

This is a mashup of Susannah Swann, who married 1) Henry Randolph ll 2) Giles Webb of Henrico and Judith Soane, who married Henry Randolph l.

”Giles married Judith Bland RANDOLPH in 1643 in Henrico County, Virginia. Judith was born in 1623 in Virginia. She died in 1673 in Richmond, Richmond County, Virginia. Judith Bland married into the Randolph family of Virginia and after her husband's death she married Giles Webb.”
