section entitled : "Deaths in the Skippack Region (Continued from page 109)"

No. 294. "CHRISTOPH ZIMMERMAN died January 23,
1827." Son of Arnold Zimmerman of Worcester and
his wife Mary Engle, he was born March 16, 1749.
His first wife was Esther, daughter of Christopher
Sower; his second wife, whom he married October
22, 1793 was Magdalena Shutt, born August 13,
1765; died December 16,1821, daughter of No. 77.
Buried at Lower Skippack Mennonite Cemetery.
By her he had issue: Mary, wife of Jesse Van Fossen; Barbara, wife of Francis C. Bumside; Arnold,
who married Elizabeth Custer, and Rebecca, wife
of Samuel Brown. (Montgy W Bk 2/295; Perk:

the arrival of Ludwig Wilhelm Shutt seems to be the most compelling probable match (see his timeline) which reads in part:
[List 93 B] [Foreigners imported in the Ship Loyal Judith,
James Cowie, Master, from Rotterdam. Qualified September
3- 1742.]

registered as Lutwig Schott

but here are some other instances :
