Elizabeth Whitehead

Elizabeth Bulkley was baptized August 26, 1694, the daughter of John Bulkley and Esther Burr of Fairfield, Connecticut[1] [2] [3]

Circa 1711, she married Nathaniel Whitehead from Essex, New Jersey[2] [4] and their children included:

1. Gershom, who was baptized 20 April 1712, who married three times: Sarah (possibly Burr); an unknown wife who died in 1751, and Martha (Morehouse) Bulkley, daughter of Jonathan Morehouse and widow of John Bulkley; and who died in 1754[2]
2. Nathaniel, who married Abigail Turney and Jemima Blackman, and who died in 1777[2]
3. Eunice, who died unmarried[2]
4. Elizabeth, born about 1728, who married Benjamin Squire in 1749[5], and then married Joseph Sprague in 1763[6] [2]
5. Elizabeth died before 1732, when her husband remarried[2]
