From 'The History of the Family of Drury In the Counties of Suffolk and Norfolk From the Conquest' by Arthur Campling, London, 1937. "Elizabeth the daughter and sole heiress of Sir Philip Calthorpe of Cockthorpe, co. Norfolk. Her mother was a Boleyn and aunt to Queen Anne, and it is likely that her near relationship to Elizabeth induced the Sovereign to retain Sir Dru in her service during all her reign. Elizabeth Calthorpe had been twice widowed, first as wife to Sir Henry Parker of Erwarton, co. Suffolk, K.B., and secondly to Sir William Woodhouse of Waxham, co. Norfolk. She brought half the manor of Riddlesworth to the Drury's, although she had no family by Sir Dru, who on her death married again."

From A Who's Who of Tudor Women:

"Elizabeth Calthorpe was the daughter of Sir Philip Calthorpe of Erwarton or Ewerton, Suffolk (1480-April 17, 1549) and Amata Boleyn (c.1485-1543+).

Her first husband, married c.1549, was Sir Henry Parker (c.1513-January 9, 1552), by whom she had a son, Sir Philip (d.1604), who inherited the manor of Erwarton from her.

After Sir Henry's death, on November 16, 1552, she married Sir William Woodhouse of Waxham, Suffolk (d. November 22, 1563). They had three children, Thomas (b.1554), William (b.1556), and Elizabeth (b.1559).

Her third husband, married in 1564/5, was Sir Dru Drury of Riddlesworth and Lynstead (1531-1617).

Elizabeth was buried in a magnificent chest tomb in the north chancel aisle of St. Martin at Palace Church, Norwich. Unfortunately, it does not feature an effigy or portrait brass."
