Adams (King), 86, formerly of Castle Creek, N.Y., went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, January 6, 2001. She is predeceased by two brothers, William and Robert King; and one sister, Nora Bensley. She is survived by her husband, Albert A. Adams, two daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia Anne (Willis) Deiss, Ala., Virginia Lee (Charles) Gilmore, Lisle; one son and daughter-in-law, Gerald Albert (Sue) Adams, Tex.; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one sister, Edna Lane, Owego; one brother, Moris D. King, Bainbridge; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral and interment services will be held, Thursday, January 11, 2001 at 2 p.m. from the Christian Fellowship Church of Lisle. Reverend Willis H. Deiss and L. Russell Ward will be officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Christian Fellowship Church, Whitney Point, N.Y., Wednesday evening 7 to 9 p.m. Expressions of sympathy in her memory may be made to the Whitney Point Rotary Student Award Fund or Parkinson Disease Association.
