Elmer E. Babcock who on Wednesday last suffered a stroke of paralysis, passed away at 5:00 o'clock this morning at the home on North Mulberry Street.

Mr. Babcock age 67 years, was born in Lee Township, December 5, 1863 and had always resided in this vicinity. On May 6, 1894 he was united in marriage with Miss Eva Masters of Marshall. He was a member of the local lodge of Modern Woodman of America. Besides his wife he is survived by three daughters and one son. Mrs. David Scott of Convis, Mrs. Carl Yaudes, Mrs. Axel Kasperson and Clifford Babcock, all of Marshall, also one sister Miss Retta Babcock of Geneva New York.
