On October 4, 2017, Elsie Miller Legum (nee Shapiro), loving wife of the late Sidney Miller and Aubrey Legum; beloved mother of Phyllis (Harry) Blum, Carole (Billy) Glick, Joan (Richard) Lessans, and Margie (Lowell) Herman; beloved sister of the late Philip Shapiro, Theodore Shapiro, Faye Amster, Edward Shapiro, Leon Shapiro, Mildred Walker, Herbert Shapiro and Morton Shapiro; adored grandmother of Lisa Billig, Lauri (Larry) Regan, Syndi (Robert) Saltzman, Stacy (Andrew) Alperstein, Sidney (Nicole) Glick, Stephanie (Jeff) Geller and Gregory (Alexis) Lessans, Seth Herman and Cara Herman; devoted daughter of the late Paul and Celia Shapiro; also survived by 20 great-grandchildren. Services at SOL LEVINSON & BROS., INC., 8900 Reisterstown Road, at Mount Wilson Lane, on Sunday, October 8, at 1 p.m. Interment at Beth Tfiloh Cemetery, 5800 Windsor Mill Road.
