Please Note:

The Marriage Certificate identifies the person as Elsie Sophia Van den Berg not Ellie. Proof to the contrary is invited otherwise the name remains as Elsie

(there's an Ellie is further down the tree)
I also see Lot of people put Elsje not sure where that is from, but worth adding for searching purposes I suppose?

First married to Botha, after his death she married Louwrens (spelling unsure) and he raised the 3 Botha kids too.
