About Emil Lincoln Östman

Urho Emil Lincoln Östman, born 1896, died 1985, was an American-Finnish saxophonist and orchestra leader. Östman together with the pianist William E. Stein had the orchestra Östman-Stein Orkesteri, with which he made recordings 1928–1929. Östman also appeared during recordings with Antti Kosola's orchestra.

Also was a publisher and wrote books, "Pioneer Finns and Swedes of Delaware Valley before William Penn" by Emil Lincoln Ostman, and "Early Finnish settlers of Delaware Valley in South Jersey 325 years ago".
