"The Sabbath Recorder", Vol 28, No 13, p 51, Mar. 21, 1872.
In New Salem, West Va., Feb. 23d 1872, of consumption, as supposed, Fenton F. Randolph, aged 34 years. Bro. Randolph had been an invalid for several years before his death, but had borne his sickness with much courage and cheerfulness. He had been connected with the Seventh-day Baptist Church of New Salem for about seven years, and is spoken of as being a worthy member. Last June his wife died of consumption, after a sickness of two or three years. Thus four little children have within a few months been bereft of both their parents. Both died in confident hope of eternal life. C. A. B.
