Ens. Daniel Livermore

PLEASE DO NOT CONFUSE WITH DANIEL LIVERMORE MARRIED TO MARY COOLIDGE WHO WAS ALSO BORN IN WATERTOWN, MASSACHUSETTS. THESE ARE DIFFERENT PEOPLE.

Daniel Livermore (John , John , Daniel ) was born on 8 Jun 1678 in Watertown, Massachusetts. He died on 16 Mar 1727 in Weston, Massachusetts.

"He was an ensign in the militia; was one of the original proprietors of the town of Leicester, as in 1719 he received four hundred acres of land in the "Country Gore," laid out to him on a special grant, on which he built a house. This was Lot No. 29, lying at the foot of Livermore Hill, in the south part of the town, on both sides of the road. In 1721 he was a fence viewer in Leicester."

Daniel married Mehitable Norcross, daughter of Nathaniel Norcross and Mehitable Hagar. Mehitable was born on 4 Feb 1691 in Watertown, Massachusetts.

They had the following children:

1. Daniel Livermore was born on 16 Jan 1708 in Weston, Massachusetts.
2. Joseph Livermore was born on 16 Jan 1708 in Weston, Massachusetts. Joseph married Hepzibah Fisk on 14 May 1747 in East Sudbury, Massachusetts.
3. Jonas Livermore was born on 13 May 1710 in Weston, Massachusetts.
4. Mehitable Livermore was born on 15 Mar 1713 in Weston, Massachusetts. Mehitable married Eliakim Rice on 14 May 1730 in Weston, Massachusetts.
5. Isaac Livermore was born in Weston, Massachusetts and was christened on 13 Nov 1715. Died in infancy.
6. Sarah Livermore was born on 7 Mar 1717 in Weston, Massachusetts. Sarah married Ephraim Maynard.
7. Isaac Livermore was born on 11 May 1720 in Weston, Massachusetts.
8. Hannah Livermore was born on 16 Apr 1723 in Weston, Massachusetts.
9. Abraham Livermore was born on 9 Nov 1724 in Weston, Massachusetts. He died on 3 Sep 1742.
10. Nathan Livermore was born on 22 Mar 1727 in Weston, Massachusetts.
11. Nathan married Lucy Bent, daughter of Thomas Bent and Mary Stone, on 19 Jul 1755 in East Sudbury, Massachusetts. Lucy was born on 13 Jan 1736 in Sudbury, Massachusetts. They moved to Chesterfield.
