Esther (Ball) Glascock was born circa 1712 in Indian Banks, Farnham, Richmond County, VA, United States. Her parents were Richard Ball, of Lancaster, VA and Sarah (Young) Ball.
Esther married Capt. William Glascock. Together they had the following children: Dr. George Glascock; Priscilla (Glascock) Henry; Million (Glascock) Peachey; William Glascock; Thomas Glascock; Winnifred Glascock; Richard Glascock; Elizabeth (Glascock) Downman; John Glascock; Mildred (Glascock) Harding; Ann (Glascock) Robertson.
She died circa 1779 in Farnham, Richmond County, VA, United States.

Bondsman and witness: Thomas Edwards and John Selden. The marriage bond was dated 10 April 1728. LCMR #1, p. 9. [Esther Ball was the daughter of Captain Richard and Sarah (Young) Ball. Hayden, p. 62-63. On 8 September 1770 William Glascock, aged 66, made a deposition in Richmond County court and on 28 September 1771 Esther Glascock, aged 59, made a deposition in the same suit.
