She was the daughter of Thomas L. Branson (B: About 1740 in Burlington Co., Nj. D: Jun 1795.) and Jeanne or "Jane" Painter (daughter of John Painter and Hannah H. Braddock).
She married Abraham Clevenger (born on 22 Sep 1775 in Frederick Co., Va.) on 17 Aug 1799 in Frederick Co, Va. Abraham died on 17 Oct 1846 in Stony Creek Twnshp, Randolph Co., Ind. He was buried in Thornburg Cemetery.
