Brother of Capt. Samuel Allyn, died 6 Sept. 1781, at Fort Griswold, age 46? He also was buried in the Wood Cemetery, along with his wife, Mary, who died 3 Feb. 1815. Also buried in the cemetery were William and Prudence Forsyth and Nathan and Mary Forseth. The latter possibly were the parents of William Forsyth. BET: Eunice Allyn, died 26 Feb. 1833, age 95.
