About Lady Eupheme Scott, of Dundonald
Eupheme Scott was the daughter of Sir William Scott and Jean Skene.1 She married William Cochrane, 1st Earl of Dundonald, son of Alexander Cochrane and Elizabeth Cochrane, after 14 April 1633.1 Her married name became Cochrane. As a result of her marriage, Eupheme Scott was styled as Lady Cochrane of Dundonald on 26 December 1647. As a result of her marriage, Eupheme Scott was styled as Countess of Dundonald on 12 May 1669.
