About Eva Tauber

Daniel Tauber and two of his sons had already emigrated to the U.S., with his wife and remaining children to follow. But Daniel died in Chicago, 25 Mar 1880, before they could be reunited. His widow Eva, accompanied by five children, departed Hamburg, Germany, 11 Aug 1880, on the ship "Fairy", and joined Rudolph and Max in Chicago by Sep 1880.
