EVARISTO SANDOVAL—was born on December 22, 1901, at Binondo, Manila; son of Ex-Governor Vicente Sandoval of Palawan, and Maria R. de Sandoval; took his Bachelor of Commercial Science degree in 1923; salutatorian, class of 1928, U.P. college of law; took fifth place in the bar examinations of the same year; member, Rizal Center Fraternity; president, U.P. senior's organization, 1927-1928; assistant attorney, Camus & Delgado law office; favors the reduction of the Justices of the Supreme Court to five appointed by the chief executive, with the advice and consent of the Senate; is for an intermediate court of appeals composed of five, Convention committee membership; Judicial Power, Immigration, National Defense Metropolitan and Foreign Relations, Franchises, and Sponsorship.

Born in Binondo, Manila, December 22, 1901; the son of Vicente Sandoval and Maria R. de Sandoval. Single. Educated in the University of the Philippines, where he graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Laws. He passed the bar examinations in 1928. In 1934, he was elected delegate to the Constitutional Convention from the district of Palawan. He was an assistant attorney in the law office of Camus and Delgado, and is now chief attorney, Public Service Commission. He belongs to the Nationalist Party. A Roman Catholic.
