CORRECTION:

Robert WEEKS was the SON OF Henry WEEKS who died testate and HENRY was the one who noted in his will--that since his son Robert (Ezekiel's father) was already deceased, Robert's son, Ezekiel WEEKS gets an inheritance from him. Ezekiel WEEKS was the father of Elizabeth WEEKS.

Henry WEEKS was Ezekiel WEEKS' grandfather and great=grandfather to Elizabeth WEEKS ADAMS, wife of Willoughby ADAMS. Found out Ezekiel was from Oyster Bay, Long Island, NY. He was the son of Robert WEEKS Bet. 23 Mar - 25 Oct 1743/44 (will) and noted that since his son Robert was deceased, Robert's son, Ezekiel gets inheritance from him.

"Ezekiel Weeks and Deliverance Shaw came into the County of Hyde in the Province of North Carolina and said they were man & Wife & so past, but Revecca Satterthwaite & Ann Mixon Saith upon Oath before us, two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for Hyde County, they they saw the Said Ezekiel Weeks and Deliverance Shaw Married in Wedlock to Each Other by Thomas Smith, Esqr., one of his Majestys Justices for the County of Hyde & since they ware Married have had two Children by Name Ezekiel Weeks/who is now Dead/and Sarah Weeks who is now by name Sarah Cox, Wife of Aaron Cox... November 1759. John Smith & Richard Harvey, J.P."
