Curtis, Ezra Houghton (1822–1915), Second Lieutenant, Company E, First Platoon, Cedar City. Samuel Pollock said that Ezra Curtis ordered him to go to Mountain Meadows with a group that left Cedar City. Curtis was seen by John D. Lee at the Meadows with other militia officers before the massacre.
