About Félix B. Bautista
Félix B. Bautista was a Filipino lawyer and politician. He was a delegate to the Constitutional Convention representing the first district of Pampanga in 1934. He later represented Pampanga at the National Assembly from September 25, 1943 to February 2, 1944. He also served as provincial board member of Pampanga.
