About F. Nathan Schoen
Nathan F. Schoen of Delta died of natural causes May 14, 2001, at Sunrise home in Delta. He was 88. He was born on March 8, 1913, in Hungary to Aladar and Margit Schoen. He married Mary Ann Szalai on July 27, 1983. She survives. He served in the U.S. Army during world War II and was a member of the American Legion in San Diego.
March 8, 1913-May 14, 2001 Nathan F. Schoen, 88, of Delta, Colo., died Monday. He was born in Hungary. Mr. Schoen served in the Army during World War II. He was a member of the American Legion in San Diego. He lived in San Diego most of his life and owned a hardware store. Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann Schoen of Delta, Colo.; daughter, Shirley Wright of San Diego; sons, Jim Moran of Eckert, Colo., and Christopher Moran of San Diego; brother, Edward Schoen of Hungary; and four stepgrandchildren and five stepgreat-grandchildren.
