Ida Fay Klein, 91, of Houston, TX, passed away on Monday, March 31, 2003. Born August 13, 1911, in Kansas City, MO, Fay married Emil Robert (Bob) Klein May 31, 1931. She had been a member of Brith Shalom Synagogue in Houston, TX, and Kehilath Israel Synagogue in Overland Park, KS. Fay was a Founder in and Life Member of Hadassah and past president of its Stephen Wise Chapter, as well as a B'nai Brith Girls Advisor and a member of Mizrachi. Fay was preceded in death by her husband, Emil Robert (Bob) Klein, her brothers, Jack and Sam Ruben, and her daughter, Harriet Elaine Sklar. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Geraldine Klein of Overland Park and Richard and Vicki Klein of Houston, TX; her seven grandchildren, Robert Klein and wife Amy and their daughter Sarah of Overland Park, KS, Roberta Sklar of Winnetka, CA, Barbara Cutler of Leawood, KS, and her two children, Jacquelyne and Alexis, Samara Klein of Overland Park, Joseph Sklar and wife Andi and their two children, Eric & Melanie, of Tarzana, CA, Melissa Klein of Dobbs Ferry, NY, Douglas Sklar and wife Jacki and their two children, Stephen & Gregory, of Omak, WA; her brother and sister-in-law, Ben and Eunice Ruben, Overland Park, KS; and sisters-in-law, Lucy Ruben of Detroit, MI, and Lois Ruben of Tucson
