1.february 1902, Olmütz - Ferdinand Schön, married 33 years old was complained to kill his brother Franz He had for longer times disputes with his brother Franz Schön, Franz beat the son of Ferdinand (age: 11) ; Ferdinand took a knife and wounded Franz with the knife on his head and beat him out oft he house and stitched Franz more and more. Finally Franz died in front of the door. The court convicted Ferdinand to five years in prison
