Fern Anderson Gartner, age 97, formerly of Minot, North Dakota, passed away August 10, 2010 at her home in Mesa, Arizona, with her family by her side.

She is survived by her son Warren Anderson of Gilbert, Arizona and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her late husband Emil Anderson and present husband John Gartner and a daughter Fay Anderson.

Memorial sercices will be held at a later day in Mesa, Arizona and in Minot, North Dakota where she will be laid to rest. ~ Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona; 13 August 2010, Friday.
