Fany / Fradl / Weronika was a daughter of Schmaya Adler & Gütal geb. Braun who married Emanuel Duschak, son of Moses in 1845 (Image 9 of 24). She does not herself appear in Uhersky Ostroh birth records, which are few in number. She used different names, according to some of her own children's birth records (not uncommon for the time/place):

In 1847, daughter Katy Duschak born to Emanuel Duschak and "Fradl", dau. of Schmaya Adler, familiant in Ostroh and Gütal geb. Braun of U Ostroh, on June 30, 1847, U Ostroh. Katy's birth record shows parents' names and their marriage date of March 16, 1845.

In 1848, son Jacob Duschak born Aug. 20 to Emanuel Duschak & Fany, dau. Schmaya Adler and "Katy" geb. Braun (aka Juditha/Gütal). Parents' marriage date given as March 16, 1845. (Jacob died Sept. 17, 1848).

In 1851, son Jonas born February 4, 1851 to Emanuel Duschak & Weronika dau. of Schmaya Adler and Gütal geb. Braun; U. Ostroh births 1849 - 1875, 1876-1879, 1880-1881, Image 13/150.
